By accessing or using CelebrateYou, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

CelebrateYou is a service that creates personalized, AI-composed songs from the details you provide. You can purchase a one-time song unlock, a credit pack, or a subscription (monthly or yearly). Songs are delivered as streamable, downloadable audio and lyrics, and can be shared with recipients via a gift link. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You must be old enough in your country to create an account.

Your Content & Inputs

You are responsible for the details you submit (recipient name, story, personal note, uploaded cover image) and confirm you have the right to share them. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or that the recipient would not want turned into a song. You grant us a license to use your inputs solely to generate and deliver your song.

AI-Generated Content

Songs are created by AI models based on your inputs. Results vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free or to your exact taste. You may preview two takes before unlocking. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use, download, and share the song you create for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell generated songs commercially.

Credits & Billing

Songs are sold as one-time unlocks, credit packs, and subscriptions (for example, a one-time unlock at $26.69, a monthly plan at $39.90, or a yearly plan at $199.99). Credits are consumed to unlock individual songs. Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and may expire per your plan. Prices are shown at checkout and billed through trusted third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Refunds

Because each song is custom-generated from details you provide, we handle refunds case-by-case. If your song does not feel right, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle except where required by law.

Shared Links

When you share a song, anyone with the link can open and listen to it. You are responsible for how and with whom you share your gift links.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original features are owned by us. The individual songs you create are yours to use for personal purposes as described above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
